Terms and Conditions for the Express Driver License Program

1. Eligibility Requirements:
   • Participants must be at least 19 years old.
   • Participants must possess a valid Utah Learner’s Permit at the time of enrollment.
   • Participants must have prior driving experience and basic vehicle operation skills.
2. Completion Requirements:
   • Participants must complete all online coursework and three driving sessions, as mandated by the State of Utah.
   • All components of the program (online coursework and driving sessions) must be completed within three days of enrollment.
3. Driving Sessions:
   • Participants must schedule their three driving sessions at the time of enrollment.
   • Driving sessions are subject to instructor availability and must be completed within the program’s timeframe.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
   • No refunds will be issued once the program has started.
   • Rescheduling of driving sessions is allowed only in case of emergencies and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
5. Participant Responsibilities:
   • Participants are responsible for arriving on time for all scheduled driving sessions. Late arrivals may result in the session being forfeited.
   • Participants must demonstrate safe driving practices during the driving sessions. Failure to adhere to safety rules or instructor guidelines may result in dismissal from the program without a refund.
6. Program Fees:
   • The total cost of the program is $500, payable in full at the time of enrollment.
   • Fees cover online course access, and three driving sessions.
7. State Requirements:
   • Completion of this program does not guarantee issuance of a driver’s license. Participants must meet all additional requirements set forth by the Utah Department of Public Safety, including passing the state driving test.
8. Disclaimers:
   • The Express Driver License Program is designed for individuals with prior driving experience who need their license quickly. This program is not suitable for beginner drivers.
   • The program does not include the final driving test administered by the Utah Department of Public Safety, or with a third-party driving school.
