At National Driving School Utah, we strive to provide
high-quality online driver education courses that meet state requirements and
student expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review
our refund and return policy below.
1. Online Course Refunds
- Eligibility
Window: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- Completion
Threshold: Refunds will only be granted if less than 20% of the
course has been accessed or completed.
- Once a
student completes more than 20% of the course, no refund will be issued.
- Refunds
are not available for students who fail to meet Utah licensing
requirements or do not pass course exams.
2. Behind-the-Wheel Training (if applicable)
- Behind-the-wheel
sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Late
cancellations or no-shows may incur a rescheduling fee.
- Refunds
for unused sessions are handled on a case-by-case basis, minus any
administrative fees.
3. Payment Methods and Processing
- Refunds
are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (PayPal,
Stripe, or credit/debit card).
- Please
allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on
your financial institution.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Administrative
or processing fees, if disclosed during checkout.
- Completed
courses, digital certificates, or state-submitted completion records.
- Discounted
or promotional enrollments.
